Neil opened the doors to Neil’s Outdoor Services in 2008 as a local lawn care and snow removal company. Throughout the years he has grown this business into one of the top Landscape and Commercial Maintenance companies in the Twin Cities. He takes pride in the service and quality that is provided to all clients. He believes in setting realistic expectations and ensuring all clients are satisfied at the end of each project.
Joe Schroeder
Director of Operations and Design, Landscape
Joe manages all the landscape design, sales, and project management for Neil’s Outdoor Services. He has been in the industry for over 22 years and has been a vital part of our company since 2012. From inception to completion, a clients enthusiasm throughout the design/build process is what drives Joe. He strives to exceed client expectations by creating functional landscapes that blend with the surrounding architecture, old or new. Joe has a passion for the outdoors and loves spending time with his wife and two children.

Bill Gale
Director of Operations, Property Maintenance
Bill oversees our commercial maintenance and services department. He comes to Neil’s Outdoor Services with over 35 years of experience in the landscape industry. He graduated from Sunny Cobbleskill with a degree in Landscape Development, applied Science. Bill spent most of his life in New York, making a big move to Minnesota and joining Neil’s Outdoor Services.
