Are you a skilled equipment operator with experience in snow removal? Do you enjoy working outdoors in winter conditions? Neil’s Outdoor Services is looking for two reliable and dedicated Plow Operators to join our team for the upcoming snow season!

As a Plow Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating skid loaders and/or wheel loaders to clear snow from commercial properties all located in Shakopee. You’ll play a crucial role in keeping our clients’ properties safe and accessible during the winter months.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

Prior experience operating skid loaders and wheel loaders, especially for snow removal, is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and safety practices.
Must be able to work in cold and challenging weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Operate skid loaders and wheel loaders to remove snow from parking lots and other designated areas.
Perform pre- and post-shift equipment inspections.
Work in various weather conditions, including snowstorms and cold temperatures.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
