Neil's Outdoor Services, Inc., a locally owned and operated landscape design and construction company in Eden Prairie, MN, is looking for a Skilled Landscape Laborer to join our hard-working team. We are seeking motivated individuals with hands-on landscape experience who take pride in quality craftsmanship and working outdoors. You'll assist with and lead various aspects of landscape construction including hardscape installation, grading, plantings, and more.
1+ years of experience in landscape construction preferred. Familiarity with landscape tools and machinery (skid steer, plate compactor, saws, etc.). Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Installing patios, retaining walls, edging, steps, and other hardscape elements. Grading and prepping sites using skid steers and other equipment. Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials according to project designs. Sod installation and other finish landscaping. Maintaining tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness. Collaborating with foremen and crew to complete projects efficiently.
