Joe manages all the landscape design, sales, and project management for Neil’s Outdoor Services. He has been in the industry for over 22 years and has been a vital part of our company since 2012. From inception to completion, a clients enthusiasm throughout the design/build process is what drives Joe. He strives to exceed client expectations by creating functional landscapes that blend with the surrounding architecture, old or new.
